Engage in active collaboration with suppliers to monitor, track, and prioritize requests for information
Request, collect, verify, and organize USMCA Certificates received from suppliers, ensuring data accuracy in the documentation received and the in database
Gather and maintain detailed material composition and origin data on purchased items
Support Business Analysts with data cleansing and organizing information into appropriate tracking systems
Keep informed about evolving legislation related to tariffs, duties, and trade regulations
Conduct and prepare analyses as needed or as directed by Sourcing Leadership
Requirements
Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field (completed or in progress)
Experience with customs or compliance functions is an asset
Experience working with manufacturing bills of materials (BOM) strongly preferred
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office application
Experience with ERP systems and data management
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast
paced, team-oriented environment
