Manage Miele’s French-speaking debtor portfolio for Belux and France.
Monitor and assess the associated credit risks.
Negotiate with customers regarding overdue invoices and payment arrangements.
Approve credit limits and prepare write-off proposals.
Maintain relationships with collection agencies and credit insurers.
Escalate relevant issues to Key Account Managers when appropriate.
Provide guidance on credit risk management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre in Poland.
Analyze credit issues and implement measures to improve credit performance.
Report outstanding balances and collection performance to the Cluster Accounting Manager.

Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit management, accounts receivable or a similar credit control role.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Commercial mindset combined with a customer-focused approach and sound risk awareness.
Advanced Excel skills (including PivotTables and Power Pivot).
Comfortable working with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools for analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of SAP and/or Power BI is an asset.
Structured, accurate and well-organized working style.
Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (C1) and English (C1).
