Role Overview
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to design, construction, and infrastructure development
- Provide legal support for procurement and sourcing initiatives
- Advise internal stakeholders on risk allocation, payment structures, and performance obligations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with agreements
- Collaborate closely with internal business teams and external counsel
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in construction law or infrastructure projects
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong business judgment and ability to translate legal concepts into practical advice
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of a state bar
