Role Overview
- Own end-to-end patient data ingestion workflows
- Validate incoming client files and data quality
- Apply data corrections and transformations
- Maintain ETL tools and ingestion logic
- Build scheduled and ad hoc reports
- Partner across teams to resolve data issues
- Document processes and update standards
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Experience analyzing large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- SQL experience (Nice to Have)
- Contact center industry experience (Nice to Have)
- ETL tool management experience (Nice to Have)
- Healthcare or patient data experience (Nice to Have)
