Lead a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and training to drive team performance.
Plan, schedule, and execute multiple submetering projects, directly and indirectly through a team, including design coordination, meter installation, commissioning, and material planning.
Establish and maintain a network of qualified contractors and vendors.
Oversee project schedules, costs, and timelines, ensuring projects stay within budget and are delivered on-time and within scope and budget.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.
Continuously improve processes by identifying and implementing enhancements and evaluating their effectiveness. Work cross-departmentally to understand and remove bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements across all installations, whether in new construction or retrofit settings.
Provide technical analysis of drawings and systems to support contractors and internal teams, while also assessing metering opportunities identified by the Sales department.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills throughout project management, and develop progress reports to track milestones and deliverables.
Prepare and deliver financial reports on time as required on an ongoing basis.
Lead and manage other projects and assignments assigned by FS Leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent, Engineering is considered a strong asset
5 years of project management experience preferred
5 years leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Minimum of 2+ years' experience coordinating with trades, hardware, building owners, or similar, etc.
