Own customer acquisition and retargeting strategies, explore new partner and channel opportunities, and manage budget allocation and forecasting.
Set up, manage, optimize, and report on campaign performance across paid social, search, and offline channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, interpreting data to derive actionable insights that drive optimization and inform strategic decisions.
Leverage Google Analytics, Tableau, and internal tools to ensure data accuracy and reliable flow-through between platforms and internal databases.
Map user touchpoints across mobile, desktop, and other devices to inform holistic acquisition strategy.
Partner with the Creative team to develop and iterate on ad creative, driving a rapid test-and-learn cycle at scale.
Requirements
6+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition at scale.
Deep hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, CTV, and other paid channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and familiar with AI-powered marketing tools (creative generation, bidding optimization, etc.).
Experience with SEO, ASO, and mobile measurement platforms a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines, especially during peak seasonal periods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree required; Business or Marketing preferred.
