Serve B2B customers, maintaining and growing a portfolio of B2B clients and closing new business through consultative selling;
Present Vivo's solutions portfolio and serve customers via digital channels (inside sales);
Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services;
Monitor channel and account KPIs, analyze data and execute commercial actions to meet and exceed targets;
Follow the sales pipeline, identifying blockers, backlogs and issues that may impact deal closures;
Prepare and track daily sales reports;
Resolve critical situations through frequent contact with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support commercial routines, controls and daily analyses;
Commercial profile with the drive to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to understand the customer's real needs;
Entrepreneurial mindset with an owner mentality, a sense of responsibility for your portfolio and commitment to delivery;
Comfort with digital tools, interest in technology and innovation, and the ability to learn and work with software and systems;
Organization, planning and discipline, able to prioritize tasks, act with urgency and complete daily demands;
Curiosity and eagerness to learn, challenging the status quo, proposing improvements and seeking new solutions;
Resilience to handle day-to-day commercial challenges, learn from difficulties and turn obstacles into growth;
Ambition, initiative and a proactive attitude, going beyond the basics and anticipating customer needs;

Prior experience selling Telecom products is desirable: Mobile and Fixed Telephony, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services — a plus;
