Lead the development, review, and management of qualification portfolio and study centre network
Shape and grow qualification, assessment, and accreditation offer in line with organisational objectives
Drive the qualification strategy, identifying new opportunities ensuring relevance and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to create high-quality qualification solutions responsive to market needs
Monitor qualification performance, producing and presenting reports to internal stakeholders
Act as subject matter expert on qualification development and assessment, representing the organisation externally
Oversee departmental resources and budgets, supporting internal and external communications
Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of education regulatory requirements and the role of an Awarding Organisation, or similar regulated education and assessment environment.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end exam or assessment delivery, including planning, logistics, compliance, centre and learner support.
Knowledge and application of design, assessment methodologies and quality assurance systems for qualifications and assessed/accredited products and services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both senior stakeholders and operational teams
