Role Overview
- Managing the acquisition of telecom infrastructure assets across EU markets
- Leading transactions in multiple countries and supporting expansion into new jurisdictions
- Managing a pipeline of lease acquisitions and coordinating closing efforts
- Advising on commercial and corporate legal matters
- Structuring and supporting negotiations with renewable developers
- Training origination teams on real estate matters
- Performing legal and property due diligence
Requirements
- 10+ years of legal experience in a law firm and/or renewable energy environment
- Strong experience in renewable energy and real estate transactions
- Proficient in Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce
- Multilingual skills preferred.
