Role Overview
- Support the development and implementation of health and safety processes
- Conduct research on relevant HSE topics to support ongoing initiatives and improvements
- Support drafting and improving HSE processes, policies, and documentation
- Assist in developing educational content such as HSE toolbox talks and learning materials
- Assist in implementing HSE processes, including supporting training and adoption across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental engineering, Chemical/process engineering or a related technical discipline
- Strong interest in health, safety, and compliance within a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with HSE management system standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) or regulatory frameworks (EU directives, REACH, etc. )
- Basic understanding of HSE/safety engineering principles, including introductory concepts in HAZID/HAZOP
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate technical findings into clear documentation
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken
- Full-time availability for a 6-month internship
