- Build relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, and startup communities globally.
- Source high-quality startup investment opportunities.
- Develop investment theses across priority sectors.
- Evaluate startups, founders, products, markets, and business models.
- Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis.
- Help establish and refine 16VC's investment processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of venture capital experience.
- Experience working with an institutional VC fund, accelerator, family office, angel network, or investment platform.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and venture investing.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Strong network-building and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
