Support the implementation and optimisation of Treasury Management Systems, including platforms such as Kyriba, Diapason or similar systems.
Help gather and document business requirements from treasury, finance and IT stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into practical process, data and system solutions.
Support system configuration, data preparation, testing, user acceptance testing and go-live activity.
Help clients improve treasury processes across cash management, payments, banking connectivity, reporting and controls.
Support project delivery in line with agreed plans, milestones and quality standards.
Work with client teams to understand current processes, pain points and improvement opportunities.
Facilitate or support workshops with treasury, finance and technology stakeholders.
Prepare clear project materials, status updates, analysis and recommendations.
Build trusted working relationships with clients, vendors, banks and internal teams.
Support user adoption through training materials, process documentation and post-go-live support.
Support project planning, issue tracking, risk management and delivery reporting.
Coordinate activity across clients, software vendors, banks and technical teams.
For more experienced candidates, lead workstreams or smaller implementation projects.
Contribute to Interpath treasury and TMS methodologies, templates and internal knowledge.
Support business development activity, including proposal materials and client discussions where required.
Requirements
Experience in treasury, finance transformation, systems implementation, technology consulting or a related field.
Understanding of treasury processes, cash management, payments, banking connectivity or financial systems.
Experience supporting system implementation activities, such as requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, user acceptance testing or go-live.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Good communication skills, with the ability to work with finance, treasury, IT and project stakeholders.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks across deadlines.
Professional written and spoken English.
Experience with Kyriba, Diapason or another Treasury Management System.
Experience working in consulting, advisory, professional services or financial transformation.
Experience supporting treasury transformation, finance systems or ERP-related projects.
Exposure to banking connectivity, payments, cash visibility, liquidity management or treasury reporting.
Experience working with UK, European or international client teams.
