Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide them with tailored solutions.
Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase company capabilities and services.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Holder
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management, minimum two (2) years experience
Thorough understanding of Sales/marketing and negotiating techniques
Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace and Other Sales Tools
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
