About this role
Role Overview
In this role you will support our team in implementing websites, landing pages and technical marketing setups.
The focus is on web design, site structure and the accurate implementation of pages in tools such as Webflow, Onepage, WordPress or comparable website builders.
Build, customize and maintain websites and landing pages
Implement web designs in tools like Webflow, Onepage, WordPress, Elementor or similar website builders
Design and structure conversion-focused pages for campaigns, target audiences and funnel stages
Support optimization of pages regarding user flow, structure, design and conversion
Add and adjust texts, images, forms, buttons and landing page elements
Test forms, redirects, links and technical processes
Assist with setup and linking of forms, landing pages, CRM systems and email marketing tools
Help with the setup and maintenance of tools such as Brevo, Pipedrive or similar systems
Support building simple automations, for example via Zapier, Make or similar tools
Make minor technical adjustments using HTML, CSS or JavaScript, depending on experience
Assist with basic tracking setups, e.g. via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking or Meta Pixel
Perform technical checks of cookie banners and consent setups following guidance
Create structured documentation of websites, setups, connections and next steps
Collaborate closely with our team on campaigns, creatives, landing pages, tracking and reporting
Requirements
You are a student and want to gain hands-on experience alongside your studies in web design, websites, marketing tech and performance marketing.
Ideally, you have already implemented your own websites, landing pages or digital projects.
Currently enrolled in a degree program in media, design, marketing, communication, business, computer science, web development or a related field
Some experience building websites, landing pages or digital pages
Confident or at least practiced use of website builders such as Webflow, Onepage, WordPress, Elementor or similar tools
Good sense for web design, structure, user flow and visual presentation
Interest in conversion-focused websites and digital funnels
Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for learning new tools
Careful, structured and reliable working style
Motivation to try things out, ask questions and learn
Good eye for details, layouts, spacing, mobile display and clean handovers
Interest in marketing, tracking, automations and technical campaign setups
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Residence in Munich or the surrounding area, or willingness to come to our Munich office regularly (about once a week)
Availability ideally 15 to 20 hours per week
