Transaction Specialist / Financial Due Diligence Analyst

Role Overview

• Transaction Support: Support Financial Due Diligence projects for national and international transactions
• Data Analysis: Prepare, structure, and analyze large financial datasets in Excel
• Analytical Modeling: Create and maintain analytical models (Quality of Earnings, Working Capital analyses, Cash Flow analyses) following project team guidelines
• Data Validation: Perform plausibility checks and validation of financial information for accuracy and consistency
• Report Preparation: Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and working papers for client deliverables

Requirements

• Excel Expertise: Strong Excel skills including complex models, large datasets, and efficient data processing
• Relevant Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, Audit, or Accounting Advisory
• Language: Fluent English — written and spoken
• Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and business fundamentals
• Work Style: Structured and reliable working approach with strong attention to detail
