Requirements
- Has 4–6 years' experience in superannuation product management or a closely related superannuation role.
- Strong working knowledge of superannuation group insurance, including policy structures, insurer relationships, pricing and insurance-related product documentation.
- Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to product disclosure documents such as PDSs, TMDs and insurance guides.
- Proven ability to manage or contribute to product change projects, including stakeholder management and delivery coordination.
- Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
- Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world
Some nice-to-haves but are not essential are:
- RG146 compliance accreditation.
- Experience in superannuation fund operations or administration.
- Experience supporting a fund merger, successor fund transfer or other transition project.
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
- No formal degree required — we value industry experience and capability above academic credentials.
