About this role
Role Overview
As an IT Project Manager, you are responsible for the maintenance, development and deployment of payroll and HR solutions for our clients (national and international)
Lead projects from scoping to go-live and ensure their success by meeting deadlines, budgets and expected quality
Develop and monitor project plans, budgets and associated KPIs
Prepare and facilitate project steering committees and other project meetings
Oversee configuration, data migration and integration activities
Ensure the quality of deliverables
Serve as the primary client contact throughout projects
Maintain clear and proactive communication
Manage risks, incidents and changes
Requirements
Master's degree (business school, engineering or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years' project management experience, ideally with HRIS/Payroll
Experience in international, multi-client environments
Knowledge of the Luxembourg market is an asset
Experience with integrations (APIs) and Artificial Intelligence
Proficiency in project methodologies (Prince2, Agile, PMI, etc.)
Hands-on experience with HRIS/Payroll systems is a strong plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Rigour, organisation and attention to detail
Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
German or Luxembourgish is a plus
