Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Keystone Program and associated uplift initiatives.
Establish and maintain governance, reporting and assurance frameworks that provide clear visibility to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Coordinate complex, interdependent workstreams across governance, risk, compliance, operational resilience, controls, technology and business teams.
Manage programme plans, schedules, dependencies, RAIDD items and reporting to support effective delivery and timely decision-making.
Drive the identification, measurement and realisation of programme benefits aligned to AP+'s strategic objectives and PFMI obligations.
Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure uplift initiatives are successfully embedded and sustainable.
Manage programme budgets, forecasts, resources and delivery plans, providing accurate reporting and insights.
Prepare programme reporting, presentations and materials for governance forums, steering committees and executive stakeholders.
Champion programme management standards and practices, supporting continuous improvement across delivery and governance frameworks.
Proactively manage programme risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation and escalation where required.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation, governance uplift, risk, regulatory or operational resilience initiatives within complex organisations.
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent professional experience in programme, project or business transformation delivery.
Strong experience establishing programme governance, reporting and assurance frameworks across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to manage programme-level risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities in highly regulated environments.
Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, governance forums, risk and compliance functions and cross-functional business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of programme delivery disciplines including benefits management, planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear and actionable insights.
Experience within financial services, payments, regulated infrastructure, risk, governance or operational resilience environments will be highly regarded.
A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the ability to build alignment, drive accountability and deliver outcomes through influence.
Programme or project management certification such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent is highly regarded.
