Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
- Strong expertise in: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management
- Proficient in JavaScript, Jelly scripting, and API integrations.
- Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking protocols, server infrastructure, and IT operations.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery or Service Mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
