Provide vendor management support across a portfolio of third parties
Support contract and SLA compliance through monitoring, documentation, and escalation of gaps
Track vendor performance, service volumes, and expenses; analyze trends and provide insights
Coordinate day-to-day vendor activities and escalations to support timely issue resolution
Assist with onboarding, due diligence, and contract documentation in alignment with procurement
Support audits and risk activities by gathering documentation and tracking remediation
Administer vendor-related tools and operational systems, including user access and data maintenance
Maintain procedures and identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and controls

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3–5 years of vendor management, operations, or related experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools
Ability to learn systems and processes quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with vendor management frameworks, policies, or systems preferred
