Creation of financial dashboards summarizing client claims activity and supporting Financial Analytics team on ad hoc needs of the practice
Support of the RFP/Marketing team in evaluating carrier proposals for accuracy and competitiveness; synthesizing results into client ready deliverables
Support and review of client communications and deliverables
Fielding day to day client questions with support of primary account team
Maintenance of open items logs in preparation for client calls
Ad hoc assistance to primary account teams on day to day tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management
Minimum 1-3 years of insurance industry experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organization skills and process oriented
A self-motivated individual who is willing to work in a team environment and do what it takes to get the job done
Outstanding communication skills both oral and written essential
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and other project management tools
