Serve as a subject matter expert on system design and implementation best practices

5+ years in solution design, system architecture, or technical consulting
Deep expertise in at least one core platform in our partner ecosystem (Zendesk, Zoom CX, Workato, Observe.ai)
Meaningful experience designing AI-powered systems
Fluency with APIs, JSON, and integration architecture
Strong pre-sales instincts
An ability to mentor and elevate teammates
Communication skills that match your technical depth
Deep understanding of how AI can improve business processes and CX environments
