The IT Program Manager leads and oversees complex, large-scale transformational IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, driving measurable outcomes, and optimizing processes through strategic leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role partners closely with IT leadership, executive stakeholders, product owners, and business teams to plan, govern, and deliver complex initiatives that modernize technology, processes, and operating models.
The IT Program Manager is accountable for program execution, stakeholder alignment, financial oversight, and measurable results across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Define, document, and continuously improve the intake process using industry frameworks.
Evaluate and qualify incoming project/program requests for alignment with business goals, completeness, feasibility, and resource requirements.
Lead stakeholder discussions for intake, scoping, and prioritization; manage conflicting priorities and drive consensus.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional IT programs or projects
3-5 years of overall project or program management experience, preferably within IT or technology-enabled environments
Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
