Lead a high-performing team across Neuroscience and Cardiovascular portfolios
Hire, coach, develop, and manage 9–12 representatives
Establish clear team goals and hold members accountable to performance standards
Develop and implement strategic area business plans
Build and maintain relationships with customers including KOLs, large group practices, hospitals, and managed care organizations
Ensure compliance of all selling activities with legal, regulatory, and Pfizer policy requirements
Expert operation of digital and virtual tools and platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
6+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a demonstrated leadership role
Experience engaging key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred
Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years is disqualifying
Demonstrated leadership capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and create meaningful business impact
