Role Overview
- Enter pricing information into internal systems
- Coordinate the shipment and follow-up of product samples
- Register and track customer complaints in internal systems
- Create and update customer records
- Support administrative activities related to sales processes
- Follow up on internal requests with cross-functional teams
- Provide operational support to the commercial team
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Assist the team with general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Active student in programs such as Food Science, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or Marketing
- Availability to complete an internship program (6–12 months)
- Intermediate English level (written and verbal communication)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis at a basic/intermediate level)
- Ability to handle detailed administrative processes
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
