Join as a Senior Associate in Transaction Services, supporting clients through mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
Get to grips with the processes of due diligence, utilizing data tools for financial analysis.
Develop skills in communicating due diligence findings using cloud-based reporting platforms.
Present findings to peers and senior stakeholders.

Must possess an ACA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience.
Industry experience in any of the following: Energy, Utilities, Mining and Infrastructure; Healthcare and Pharma; Industrial Manufacturing and Services; Retail, Consumer and Leisure; Real Estate; or Technology, Media and Telecommunications
Wide range of client experience and a passion for client collaboration
Experience of writing reports
Good Excel skills essential, with experience using Alteryx, PowerBI and other data analytics and visualisation tools being beneficial
