About this role

Partner with Global Process Owners, Experience Leads, and stakeholders to translate business needs into defined requirements.
Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and delivery.
Define the AI capability roadmap for the SFDC platform aligned with business priorities.
Identify opportunity areas where AI can drive measurable improvements.
Provide centralized governance and lead proof of concepts to validate value.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security, and Salesforce engineering teams.
Communicate progress and results throughout the release cycle.
Establish and participate in a cross-functional AI governance body for SFDC.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
6-10 years experience in IT, CRM, Business & Strategy or related discipline
Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management frameworks
Thorough understanding of business and sales operations practices
Mastery of English and local language
Ability to effectively communicate business processes and alignment with sales tools.
Strong stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.
