Prepare the proposal for new business opportunities

Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
At least 15 years’ experience in property management industry
Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred
Professional membership of HKIH, MCIH, CIH would be definitely an advantage
Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
Excellent client relationship management
Proactive and able to work under pressure
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
