About this role
Role Overview
Lead experiential education operations, ensuring alignment with academic goals and accreditation standards
Oversee student placement systems, including matching, partnerships, and program quality evaluation
Manage budgets, projects, and technological systems for efficient operations
Build and maintain strategic partnerships and agreements with experiential sites
Requirements
University Degree in educational leadership and/or administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of educational leadership administration experience.
Management experience within an academic unit, preferably in a unionized environment.
Experience planning, managing and implementing projects.
Strong understanding of student placements in post-secondary education.
Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
