Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, developing long-term relationships
Lead discovery processes and diagnose business needs
Translate business challenges into viable, scalable technology solutions
Support consultative pre-sales initiatives, from qualification to proposal development
Structure comprehensive offerings (scope, deliverables, approach, metrics, and value proposition)
Coordinate internal stakeholders, including sales, architecture, delivery, and marketing
Conduct workshops, executive meetings, and strategic presentations
Identify growth opportunities, service expansions, and new demands
Ensure client satisfaction and delivery quality
Manage risks, escalations, and resolution of critical issues
Support the design and evolution of solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
Monitor market trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions.

Experience in client relationship management, Customer Success, consulting, or Account Management
Background in consultative pre-sales (discovery, diagnosis, storytelling, and proposals)
Ability to translate business needs into strategic, actionable solutions
Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at different levels
Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple priorities
Execution-oriented profile with a results focus
Advanced or fluent English (English required)
