Prospect and develop new business opportunities with companies that operate in transportation, logistics and fleet management.
Act quickly on inbound leads by contacting prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other available channels for qualification and conversion.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospects and clients to understand their current situation, map needs and identify opportunities to improve fleet management and expenses.
Create consultative, customized commercial proposals that demonstrate the added value of Sem Parar Corpay solutions for each client.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing, ensuring predictability and quality in the commercial process.
Record and update all commercial activities, opportunities, negotiations and strategic information in Salesforce.
Perform continuous follow-up on opportunities, conducting complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, predictability of results and achievement of commercial targets.
Monitor the implementation of sold solutions, ensuring an efficient handoff between commercial and post-sales teams.
Develop long-term relationships with your client portfolio, identifying expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Monitor client usage, billing and performance indicators, driving actions to increase engagement, retention and revenue growth.
Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Post-Sales, Implementation, Product, Operations and Customer Success to ensure excellence in the customer experience.
Participate in external visits, events and commercial activities aimed at generating new business and strengthening the company brand in the market.
Requirements
Experience in B2B consultative sales with both hunter and farmer approaches.
Experience managing the sales funnel and negotiating medium
and large-sized contracts.
Experience in fleets, logistics, transportation and heavy fleet segments.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Knowledge of fuel management, corporate expense solutions, telematics, tracking or fleet management solutions.
Strong prospecting, business development and account management skills.
Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and influence decision-makers.
Availability for commercial visits and travel as required.
Not required but a plus: Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise companies. Experience in corporate mobility, payment solutions, employee benefits or fintechs.
