Role Overview
Define and lead strategic, complex adoption frameworks
Deliver and evolve advanced enablement programs for global customers
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior customer leaders
Orchestrate cross-functional execution of technical adoption plans
Apply deep understanding of business landscapes and implement AI-driven solutions
Facilitate executive-level engagements and regular reviews for business results
Advise internal teams on best practices and frameworks
Oversee complex lab environments for strategic demonstrations
Lead global customer success initiatives and standardize processes
Mentor senior and emerging talent on transformation and change management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 12+ years of related experience
Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience
Expert-level certification expected (e.g., CCIE)
Deep technical expertise in VPN technologies, Secure Cloud environments, Identity and Access Management, security frameworks, DNS and DNS Security
