Manipulate, structure, and cross-reference large datasets to generate insights and support decision-making;
Perform in-depth analyses of data, scenarios, and credit and risk indicators;
Design, review, and propose new corporate credit policies, aiming to optimize business outcomes while balancing growth and risk management;
Prepare technical specifications for parameterizing policies in the credit engine;
Build executive-level presentations and lead discussions with stakeholders to defend proposals, share results, and support strategic decision-making.

Strong experience in developing and evolving credit policies, preferably focused on corporate clients (Pessoa Jurídica / B2B);
Solid knowledge of statistics and data analysis;
Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis tools and programming languages, especially SQL and Python.
