Role Overview
- Monitor, review, evaluate and manage ongoing legal tasks
- Participate in project teams for complex legal area initiatives
- Oversees certain litigation reporting for the enterprise
- Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on day-to-day performance of litigation and enforcement related activities
- Revise and review standard legal documents under attorney supervision
- Supervises e-discovery engagements and may coach others to provide litigation support
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Paralegal Certification, Bachelor's Degree, or JD a plus
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of case management, litigation proceedings, investigations and legal documents
