Build and continuously maintain our Instagram and TikTok channels
Develop and implement a content strategy with clear goals (reach, community growth, and, prospectively, TikTok Shop)
Maintain a content calendar including topic planning and formats
Write texts in German: captions, hooks, short scripts for Reels and TikToks
Ongoing trend and competitor research in the DACH baby and family market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Community management: comments, DMs, active interaction with the target audience
Brief an operational content editor (video editing, graphics) and, prospectively, UGC creators (mothers producing content for us)
Prospectively: build and manage creator and affiliate collaborations for our TikTok Shop

German at native or business-fluent level – mandatory
At least 1–2 years of experience building Instagram and TikTok accounts, ideally in lifestyle, baby, family, or mom-content areas
Strong understanding of the DACH market and specifically the target group of mothers aged 25–40
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality – you not only plan but also execute
Confident user of Canva and CapCut; ideally experienced with scheduling tools such as Metricool or Later
Structured, clear communicator with strong self-organization; comfortable with Slack and Notion
Experience with TikTok Shop, creator outreach, or affiliate programs – a plus
Confident use of AI tools for content (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT)
