Role Overview
- Lead and develop the EMEA Persona Marketing & Programs team
- Define and drive the regional GTM strategy for Line-of-Business personas
- Build and scale Snowflake's Enterprise Architect motion across EMEA
- Partner with ABM, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing teams
- Lead Snowflake's Public Sector growth programs
- Develop and execute regional "big bets"
- Champion outcome-driven selling
- Drive alignment across sales, marketing, industry, and partner organizations
- Amplify the EMEA voice by surfacing customer insights
- Translate Snowflake's value into compelling narratives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, GTM strategy, or related leadership roles
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success building and scaling persona-led GTM strategies
- Experience developing messaging, thought leadership, and sales plays for executive audiences
- Track record of successfully partnering with sales organizations
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills
- Commitment to being a culture champion
- An analytical, data-driven mindset
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
