About this role
Role Overview
- Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the patient's home according to the plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Monitor patient condition and report changes appropriately
- Perform G-tube, trach, vent, seizure, and other skilled nursing interventions as needed
- Educate and support caregivers and family members
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pediatric, home health, or private duty experience preferred
- Trach and vent experience required for applicable cases
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required background screening and onboarding requirements
