Execute SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
Implement SEO strategies, including on-page optimisation, technical fixes, local SEO, and content briefs
Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisation decisions
Prepare monthly client reports with clear commentary on results and recommended next steps (the founder presents these to clients)
Keep all tasks, timelines, and deliverables updated in ClickUp
Flag risks, blockers, and account growth opportunities to the founder early

2+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally agency-side
Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical, local)
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
Experience running Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
Confident analysing performance in GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
Good written English for internal communication and report writing
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently without micromanagement
Reliable home office setup: fast internet, modern computer, quiet workspace
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (preferred)
Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup
Familiarity with WordPress websites, ideally with Rank Math or similar SEO plugins
Experience using SEMrush for SEO tracking, keyword research, and performance analysis
Exposure to GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
Experience in email marketing using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Basic understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and best practices
