About this role

Own the full AI lifecycle, from conceptual design and architectural planning to model training, evaluation, and production deployment
Architect and implement sophisticated multi-agent workflows and agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Langraph and OpenAI SDK
Design robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and execute precise fine-tuning of LLMs
Ensure systems are production-ready, scalable, and secure
Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Minimum 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
Deep understanding of transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and Generative AI development lifecycle
Expert knowledge of Python and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-availability APIs and scalable systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and project statuses to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
