Liaise with internal customer groups to define project scope, deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality requirements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously including budget and schedule
Identify and mitigate risks
Develop project plans such as scopes of work, regulatory applications, communication plan, etc.
Work with Supply Chain Management for contractor engagement
Maintain communication with client groups and manage expectations
Prepare formal reports and provide senior leadership with updates
Oversee project design and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives

6 years of related project management experience
Proficient in PC-based computer systems and software applications with an emphasis on SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, Master Plan, and Project
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Change management experience or certification preferred
Post secondary degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or a technical trades certification in a related field preferred
Familiarity with project management principles and practices
Ability to influence and exercise leadership without formal authority
Valid driver's license and provision of driver's abstract for review
Travel to company locations for temporary assignments, meetings, or training (~25%)
