Lead the OKR process end-to-end: help teams debate the right metrics, set ambitious but grounded goals, and hold themselves accountable to measuring progress.
Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a high-execution operator role in a technology company.
Direct experience owning or deeply influencing a business rhythm: planning, OKRs, business reviews, cross-functional alignment.
A track record of making complex organizations move faster and with more clarity.
Strong strategic instincts — you can go from "here's the problem" to "here's the plan" quickly.
Entrepreneurial energy — startup experience or a founder mindset is a strong plus.
