About this role
Role Overview
- Own the rhythm of the product org: planning cycles, OKR-setting, business reviews, and cross-functional operating cadences.
- Ensure every team has clear outcomes, unambiguous ownership, and a shared understanding of what they're working toward each quarter.
- Identify where things are stuck, where decisions are needed, and where accountability is unclear — and drive resolution.
- Act as a force multiplier: take the hardest cross-functional problems and drive them to resolution.
- Champion the shift to a culture where teams own outcomes, not just outputs.
- Lead the OKR process end-to-end: help teams debate the right metrics, set ambitious but grounded goals, and hold themselves accountable to measuring progress.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a high-execution operator role in a technology company.
- Direct experience owning or deeply influencing a business rhythm: planning, OKRs, business reviews, cross-functional alignment.
- A track record of making complex organizations move faster and with more clarity.
- Strong strategic instincts — you can go from "here's the problem" to "here's the plan" quickly.
- Entrepreneurial energy — startup experience or a founder mindset is a strong plus.
- The interpersonal range to influence without authority across every function in the company.
