Monitor and interpret global chemical regulations impacting products
Lead and support substance registrations and notifications to regulatory agencies
Conduct regulatory reviews for new product introductions and market expansions
Provide regulatory and sustainability support for new product introductions
Maintain documentation to support compliance audits and customer regulatory inquiries
Partner with business unit leaders, sourcing and procurement, R&D, manufacturing sites to manage product compliance
Develop and support best practices for minimizing exposure to employees and the environment

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Chemistry, Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene or related field
7+ years of North, South America experience in global regulatory compliance, environmental management, product stewardship or sustainability
Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental, industrial hygiene regulations including emerging PFAS requirements
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to execute risk management initiatives and long-term projects
Experience authoring global SDSs, global GHS implementation and chemical hazard classification
Proven track record in developing environmental compliance, ISO 14001 management systems and sustainability initiatives
