About this role
Role Overview
Actively map the market, identifying opportunities in new segments and potential clients
Prospect and qualify leads with potential to use our logistics and transportation infrastructure
Present Piquetur’s value proposition with technical expertise in warehousing, distribution and transport operations
Develop medium
and long-term commercial relationships, supporting diversification of the client portfolio
Work closely with operations to ensure proposed solutions align with installed capacity
Requirements
Experience in sales or business development within logistics and/or freight transportation
Ability to independently map the market and structure consistent commercial approaches
Consultative mindset: understand client needs and translate them into viable operational solutions
Proactive, results-oriented profile with ease in building relationships
Knowledge of the Brazilian logistics ecosystem: transport modes, operators, warehousing and transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills for pipeline management and follow-ups
Preferred qualifications: track record of opening new markets or accounts; familiarity with verticalized storage solutions or WMS operations
