Role Overview

• Lead and coordinate strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Act as a facilitator between multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliveries are high quality, on time, and within scope.

Requirements

• Manage and coordinate projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional approaches, following PMBOK best practices.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, foster team engagement, and remove impediments that impact deliveries.
• Serve as the link between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and transparency on progress.
• Monitor performance indicators and team progress, proposing continuous improvements to processes and practices.
• Manage project risks, costs, scope, and quality, maintaining focus on value delivery.
• Support the evolution of teams' agile maturity by encouraging learning, collaboration, and adaptation.
• Prepare and lead status report meetings, ensuring clarity and objectivity in the information presented.
• Proactively identify dependencies and resolve blockers to maintain an efficient workflow.
