Role Overview
- Design and deploy sophisticated reasoning and planning agents
- Develop algorithms for automated node-level optimization
- Build hybrid search systems and semantic parsing products
- Engineer cloud-based pipelines and A/B testing frameworks
- Own the end-to-end MLOps process
- Work cross-functionally with PMs and engineers to deliver AI-first products
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience researching, developing and deploying production-grade ML systems
- 0.5+ years of experience building and evaluating NLP and LLM-powered products
- Engineering excellence with expert-level Python experience
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field or strong portfolio of peer-reviewed research publications
- Leadership ability to mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional teams
