About this role
Role Overview
Support the customer care team and deal with customer needs/requests through effective communication.
Manage customer requests and inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
Provide time-efficient information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior representatives.
Participate in training and development initiatives to improve customer skills.
Identify industry trends and implement best practices in customer care.
Maintain customer records for compliance and accuracy.
Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and manage operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Technical Investment knowledge in practical application.
Complaint handling in respect of investments with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Producing bespoke analytical calculations involving investments, pensions and tax.
Experience with analytics and assessment calculations.
Senior stakeholder management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
