Caregiver training and behavioral skills training
Treatment planning, modifications, and skills assessments
Preference assessments and behavior-analytic report writing
Supervising a caseload of BTs and RBTs
Collaborating with BCBAs across varied settings — telehealth, home, community, school, clinic, and social skills groups
Unrestricted hours are paid and go towards your supervised fieldwork

Current master's student or recent graduate in ABA or a closely related field (preferred)
Candidates with a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related RBT experience will be considered
BCaBAs are also encouraged to apply
Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
Cleared TB test and background screening
Up-to-date immunizations
Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
Generally available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM (master's coursework accommodated with verification)

$32–$40/hr for clinical hours
35-40 hours per week (full-time)
RBT credential and field supervision included — We cover training and competency checks
Fieldwork supervision by a BCBA
Compensated for unrestricted hours
25–50% telehealth — Flexible work locations
Paid mileage and drive time between clients at IRS standard rate
Medical insurance contribution — $200/month toward your premium (25+ hrs/month)
