Lead Enterprise Platforms for Intelligent Government Services
Shape the future of digital government by driving enterprise platform strategy, innovation, and service excellence
Provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight for enterprise platform capabilities across Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow ecosystems
Ensure alignment with business priorities, enterprise architecture, and modern digital service standards
Work closely with ministry partners, architects, vendors, and cross-government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable platform solutions
Requirements
University graduation in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field
4 years of experience in MS Dynamics and/or ServiceNow and the practical use and implementation of the technologies or use of similar technologies
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management/leadership position leading high performing technical teams with critical 24x7 operation support
ITIL Foundation certification (asset)
Experience managing operational and project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and vendor financial oversight (asset)
Advanced experience leading large and complex initiatives involving multiple Ministry, Sector, and Enterprise stakeholders with competing priorities (asset)
