3+ years of experience as a digital strategist or marketer, either agency or client-side.
Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing; strong knowledge of retention strategies.
Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and strategy.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing long-term client relationships.
Solid understanding of branding, content strategy, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Experience with Klaviyo and Figma is a plus.
