Manage procurement, budget tracking, and vendor coordination during peak season
Own systems end-to-end and operate with minimal oversight
Order materials, reconcile invoices, track budgets, and keep contractor documentation airtight
Coordinate vendors and crews by phone; ensure budgets and records stay current without prompting
Requirements
2+ years at a construction, remodeling, or roofing company in an admin, coordination, or operations support role
Hands-on procurement and material ordering across multiple concurrent projects, including vendor accounts (e.g., Lowe's, Home Depot, specialty suppliers)
Budget tracking and construction financial admin — invoice/receipt reconciliation, purchase orders, and tagging transactions to the correct projects
Proficiency with a project CRM (Podio or comparable) and advanced Google Sheets for real-time budget and project tracking
Contractor and vendor payment coordination — W9 collection, ACH payment setup, and insurance/compliance document management
B2+ English (CEFR) for internal coordination with US-based founders and team
Native or near-native Spanish for verbal coordination with bilingual subcontractors and crews
